. Easter Sunday!]
Hey guys, Luke here.
Today we had Easter Sunday Sermon. Yay!
Anyway, it was really good. Believe me, I was half asleep and I was still able to generally get the message, so it was that good. I think it's really a reminder-a wake up call of why we do what we do and really how to live God-fulfilling lives that have real purpose and meaning.
Like Pastor Shem said, with heavy emphasis on ordinary and not truly living-it's when God's presence is abundant in our lives that we'll really find fulfillment in life. I don't know if any of you can really relate to this, but I hope you can. I wasn't really particularly moved by this today because God has recently let me experience this understanding already-but I hope for the rest of you all you'll really keep the words in mind.

I really hope that whenever you feel life is boring, pointless and mundane (and it very often feels that way) that we remember why we exist! There is no downside to serving a loving God.
Prayer Request: (this italic button is jammed) I'm officially in Campus Crusade for Christ (after two months of dilly dallying and helping out for no particular reason) and there's a lot of work to do-we're trying to work on hundreds of freshmen who are either seekers/christians, so do pray for that. Quite stressed about it (even have to go for some training camp so I can handle talking to seekers with some discretion).
